Aquarium Tek prides itself on providing quality and rare Marine livestocks. The team at Aquarium Tek have considerable expertise and experience when it comes to the transportation of livestocks. All livestocks are carefully packaged with medical oxygen in insulated foam boxes. Depending upon climatic conditions at the time of shipping, hot and cold packs are utilized to maintain optimum temperature for the livestocks. We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders over $199 and $45 for standard overnight shipping.
DELIVERY FAQ: Q: Is delivery to my door for Livestocks?
A: Delivery of Livestocks is to your door. You may have your package deliver to your nearest FedEx holding station
Q: When do you ship?
A: We ship Livestocks Monday-Thursday. You will be notified when your fish is being shipped with a tracking number. Please make sure you leave your telephone number in the order so that you can be contacted.
Q: What is your DOA policy?
A: Please contact the store within 1 hr in relation to the DOA. You will be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fish arriving DOA. DOA’s will be handled on a case by case basis. Please note we are not responsible for courier delays to your location.
